Who provides the service
SyncoTab is a service provided by [name or company name], tax ID [number], with registered address at [address]. Contact: [contact email].
The service
SyncoTab lets you open tabs, sync them with audio recordings, practice in sections and save projects as .syncotab files or in your account. You can use much of the service without an account.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
- We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service at risk.
Plans
The Free plan costs nothing and has limits on zones, markers and cloud projects. The Pro plan raises those limits and adds features such as the note editor and generating tabs from audio. Until payments are available, only the administrator can enable the Pro plan. Pricing terms will be published on the pricing page before anything is charged.
Your content
- The scores, audio and projects you upload remain yours. You only grant us permission to store them and show them to you while you use the service.
- Only upload content you have the right to use. Respect the copyright of songs, recordings and tabs.
Automatically generated tabs
Tabs generated from audio are approximations and may contain mistakes. We don't guarantee their accuracy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep SyncoTab running without interruptions, but we can't guarantee it. We recommend keeping local copies of your .syncotab projects. [Adjust the limitations of liability to the applicable law.]
Changes to these terms
If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll let you know by email or on the website with reasonable notice.
Governing law
[State the governing law and the competent courts, respecting consumer rights.]
